Requirements
- Experience in lead generation / appointment setting
- Excellent English communication
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
Pay Scale
- Low End ($2,500): $40–$60 per qualified call + $250–$500 per closed deal
- Middle End ($4,500–$6,500): $50–$75 per call + $500–$1,000 per closed deal
- Higher End ($15K–$35K+): $75–$100 per call + $1,500–$5,000 per closed deal
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media
- Pre-qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and business needs
- Schedule calls for our sales team
- Track leads in CRM or Google Sheets
